*Additional person in room is $60 per night. There will be an additional $30 fee for rental of the Master Bedroom (the Red Room/Honeymoon Suite). Weekly rental rates do not include the cleaning fee.
Please note there is a $300 per room security deposit.
Nice place to get away from the city, family reunions, get together with college friends, wedding venues, corporate events, birthdays , anniversaries surcharges: extra person 40$/night, high season( Brimfield fair dates, Christmas( 12/23-1/2), Thanksgiving week, July 4th week, Labor day week) extra 30$ per bedroom per night.
